At the Hanover Trade Fair, Bonfiglioli presents a new generation of frequency inverters for medium level applications. Under the name Synplus, there are 11 sizes of from 0.4 to 11 kilowatt performance. Starting operations and running of the machines are uncomplicated. Equipped with a multitude of functions, the new frequency inverter is suited as either a stand alone product or in combination with additional machines. In addition to extensive communication possibilities, Synplus even has simple PLC functions as standard fittings.
The 4 single phase models cover performances ranging from 0.4 to 2.2 kW, the seven 3-phase models cover the area 0.75 to 11 kW. In addition to the highend frequency inverter Active, Bonfiglioli's Synplus offers a solution to simple and medium level applications. Used as a sensorless vector or U/f-frequency inverter, its performance is greater than that of a simple frequency inverter. The built-in communication possibilities using Modbus, and the ProfiBus and DeviceNet interface options testify to it high standards. With an initial frequency of 0.1 to 650 Hz and an adjustable switching frequency of 2 to 16 kHz, this small frequency inverter brings more than can be recognised at first sight. Inbuilt filters and a break transistor complete the robust hardware.
